Ordering solid wood furniture from a factory eight time zones away should not be complicated. Here is the sequence, and what we need from you at each step.
1. Send us what you have
A product name, a link, a photograph or a drawing — whichever you have. Add the room it is for, approximate dimensions if space is tight, and the country we are shipping to. Reference images of a piece you have seen elsewhere are just as useful.
2. We quote
We come back with the price for the piece and the shipping cost to your destination, calculated for your order. Payment methods and terms are confirmed at this stage, in the same conversation.
3. We confirm the specification in writing
This is the step that matters most, and the one we spend the most time on. Before production begins you receive, in writing:
- the timber species for the main structure and visible surfaces
- which components are solid and which are not — auxiliary parts vary by model, and we confirm them per model rather than make a blanket claim
- the finish: closed-pore or open-pore
- dimensions, and any changes agreed with you
4. Production
Production time depends on the product, the quantity and any customisation, so it is confirmed with your order. If a date matters to you — a move-in date, a deadline — tell us at the start, and we will tell you honestly whether it is achievable.
5. Shipping
We ship worldwide. Shipping is quoted per order and paid by the buyer. See Shipping & Delivery.
6. Delivery
The piece arrives at your address, arranged with a carrier covering your destination. Tell us about access constraints before the order is confirmed.
Customisation
Customisation may be available for selected products, and it depends on the design, the materials and the production requirements. Some changes are straightforward — a different length, a different finish. Others are not suitable for a particular design.
Send us the dimensions, material or finish reference you have in mind, and we will tell you what is possible for that specific model rather than answer in generalities.
What helps us quote quickly
- product name, link or photograph
- destination country and city
- approximate dimensions, if you are working to a room
- quantity — one piece is fine
- any customisation you have in mind
- a date you are working towards, if there is one
Questions we are usually asked
Is there a minimum order? No. Single pieces are welcome.
Can I see the furniture first? Yes — visits are by appointment, and we arrange pickup from the airport or high-speed rail station. Visit our showroom.
What about after-sales? Terms are discussed with you directly before you order and when you visit. Ask us.
