We ship worldwide, and every order is quoted individually. The cost depends on the piece, the destination and the service you choose — so we calculate it per order rather than publish a table that would be wrong for most customers.
How shipping is quoted
- Quoted per order. Once we know the pieces and the destination, we confirm the shipping cost with your quotation.
- Paid by the buyer. Shipping is a separate line from the furniture, and it is borne by the buyer.
- Confirmed before you commit. You see the shipping figure before the order is placed. Nothing is added afterwards.
Single pieces are welcome
There is no minimum order. Individual buyers order one sofa, one bed or one dining table, and we handle it the same way we handle a whole-home order.
After you order
Specification first. We confirm the timber, the auxiliary components, the finish and the dimensions in writing before production begins.
Timing, confirmed per order. Production time depends on the product, the quantity and any customisation, so it is agreed with your order rather than promised in advance.
Delivery arrangements, agreed with your quote. How the piece reaches you depends on where you are and what access your address allows.
On delivery
Delivery is arranged to your address with a carrier serving your destination. If access is unusual — a narrow street, an upper floor without a lift, a building with delivery restrictions or a time window — tell us before the order is confirmed, so the arrangements match the reality on the ground.
After-sales
After-sales terms are discussed with you directly: before you order, and again when you visit us or speak with our team.
We would rather explain them in a conversation than reduce them to a paragraph that fits every case badly. If you have a question about a specific piece, ask us — you will get a specific answer.
